A new 3 story commercial development, situated in the centre of Coffs Harbour’s CBD – this building has been provided with a new Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery air conditioning system.

This multi story development is configured such that a single system services the ground floor, two systems service floors one and two systems service floor two. Due to the nature of technology and system design incorporated into this project, the end user can be confident in knowing that the energy consumption of the system provided is much less than that used by other methods commonly applied to commercial developments.
