Bellingen Youth Centre – Bellingen NSW 2454

A government grant funded project, the new Bellinge Youth Centre shall serve as a hub for the Bellingen Shire’s youth to gain access to services not regularly offered in the area.

With a strong focus on sustainability cultered into the Bellingen Shire the mechanical services proposed and installed is a Mitsubishi Electric  systems. A Heat Recovery system comprising of a single outdoor unit, and seven indoor units, along with a split cassette and split ducted system and also ducted toilet ventilation form the scope of mechanical services.

As with other projects under construction or completed, the use of a Heat Recovery system allows  for both simultaneous heating and cooling if required at the time. This can provide significant reductions in energy use, hence conforming with community expectations.
