This new development situated in Byron Bay provides the community with an essential service upgrade and is provided a new Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery air conditioning system, along with roof mounted toilet ventilation.

4-way blow ceiling mounted cassette units have been positioned throughout the building to cater for the heating & cooling requirements of the space throughout various times in the year.

Outdoor air is provided to each space via either direct connection into these units (within the ceiling void) or via a ceiling mounted diffuser. This outdoor air provides occupants with a consistant level indoor air quality.
