Situated in Casino, this new development is a large addition to the community and is provided with several forms of mechanical services throughout.

Mechanical ventilation has been provided to interal male & female WC’s while the conditioned spaces throughout are generally served by Daikin ducted air conditioning systems. These systems serve high occupancy spaces, with the outdoor air being provided directly into the units via outdoor air louvres in the buildings facade.  Both the IT Room and Store are provided with individual split systems.
