Department of Human Services & Community Services (DHSCS) Fitout – 28 Gordon St, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450

This fit-out project had been done within the base building work AAA completed previously, as mentioned before.

Of the three levels within the new commercial development, two of those were used for this fit-out. Additional split system air conditioners were required to account for the proposed fit-out layout and grilles etc were relocated to also suit the new design.

With the need to maintain the original 4.5 Star NABERS energy rating features such as PIR motion sensors & timers had been incorporated within various rooms to initiate air conditioning when the room is occupied. The timers purpose is such that after a period of time where no movement is sensed, the systems shutdown ready for use.
