Currently one of the largest projects AAA has been involved in, the new Aged Care Facility being constructed in Nambucca Heads features multiple “Mitsubishi Electric” VRF air conditioning systems, along with extensive toilet exhaust ventilation systems, outdoor air systems, kitchen & car park exhaust ventilation systems.

This 86 bed facility provides individually controlled bedroom systems of which simultaneous heating & cooling can be achieved at any stage. Generally systems only allow heating OR cooling for everyone attached to a system, where-as this VRF system breaks that barrier providing ultimate comfort.

Roof top plant rooms are home to all major equipment, with literally kilometres of pipe work and control wiring reticulated throughout each of the buildings 5 levels.
