With the well needed relocation/expansion of the existing Red Cross Blood Donor Service AAA provided several split air conditioning systems to cater for the heating & cooling required.

Due to the uniqueness of the operations performed there was again a major focus on indoor air quality and temperature within the space. Generally speaking the temperature range limits for this fit-out were significantly less than those of a commercial office. Radiant swirl diffusers were used to provide a maximum mixture between conditioned & room air along with variable volume diffusers.

Other features such as copper drains & stainless steel trays had been used to decrease the likelihood of contamination within blood collecting areas.
