Leon quickly guided us to the right unit to install. He had answers to all our questions and gave us a well informed and balanced quote with promise of installation at a specific date, which was promptly fulfilled.

My wife and I were mighty impressed with your installation crew. They arrived well prepared, with all equipment on board, and were respectful about our home – shoes on, shoes off, and they moved quickly, but gently inside and the assembly of the unit just unfolded in front of my eyes, seemingly effortless and with precision. I was amazed at the technical knowledge, the good teamwork and the great workmanship.

Lloyd, Luke and Josh all were great, – competent, gentle, professional and friendly.

Troy came late on the second day and finished all the electrical parts and he was also a good team member.

We are also over the moon about our new air conditioner, so efficient, quiet and our home is now perfect for summer.

Well done on a terrific job at 28 Gordon Street, Coffs Harbour. For a project that has an objective of reduced energy consumption and good indoor air quality with some seriously tight plant room layouts, you managed to provide a team that delivered a project well. As the building services design engineers it is our opinion that the HVAC installation exceeded our expectation for this building and is high standard of installation for the industry.

Often it is the small details that can be overlooked and comprise the performance and longevity, however the installation at 28 Gordon Street has been well executed with attention to detail on all areas including ductwork insulation, flexible duct mounting, carefully mounted FCU and safety tray, protection of refrigerant pipework and insulation, etc.

An outstanding effort has been put into the arrangement of the fan coil units and ducting in the on floor plant rooms. The appropriately and securely mounted equipment has been completed with good access to all parts for ongoing maintenance and serviceability, which is critical to longevity and indoor air quality. A project well done that you should be proud of. Your efforts on this project have been noted and we look forward to recommending Allied Air for future work.

1st Choice Liquor Store – Ballina NSW 2478

Adjacent to K-mart & Coles in Ballina, 1st Choice Liquor is a newly constructed fully air conditioned building. The building is serviced by two large Temperzone Roof Mounted Packaged Units. These units supply cooling/heating to the conditioned zone and the system is complete with a 100% outdoor air economy cycle. When outdoor air conditions are right, the system draws air from the roof top plant area and supplies this directly into the space. The air does not require conditioning via the packaged units before entering the building in this situation, as the properties of the air supplied is already ideal for internal comfort.

Walcha Central School Trade Training Facilities – Walcha NSW 2354

Inverell High School Trade Training Facilities – Inverell NSW 2360

This recently completed project at Walch Central School included the installation of a new commercial kitchen ventilation system, as well as a new commercial industrial fume extraction system & dust extraction system.

The fume extraction system incorporates the use of an Ezi-duct centrifugal fan, duct silencer and 2 ezi duct fume extraction arms. These extraction arms are positioned above work benches and provide the user with the ability to manipulate the arm around their working area, extracting obnoxious fumes produced in the welding process.

The dust extraction system incorporates circular duct work directly connected to the wood work machinary, and a large dust extractor situated in a dedicated plant room external to the building. This system helps prevent the build up of dust within the space during the wood working process and helps maintain an acceptable level of indoor air quality.

The new kitchen facilities incorporate the use of 4 new Stoddart stainless steel ehxuast hoods, which allow for both exhaust ventilation and also make-up supply air. Two large air handling units, complete with a filter bank provides the necessary make-up to the of the ventilation systems, with one air handling unit being provide with a heating coil.  This unit, when in operation, provides heated air to the space during the cooler months.  Two roof mounted exhaust fans ventilate the hoods, and are interlocked to operate at the same time as the air handling units. A roof mounted fan is also provided to a dishwasher exhaust hood, and a wall mounted fan provides ventilation to a small room adjacent.

Casino High School Trade Training Facilities – Casino NSW 2470

This recently completed project at Casino High School included the installation of a new commercial kitchen ventilation and air conditioning system, as well as a new commercial industrial fume extraction & air conditioning system.

Rose Avenue Vent Clinic – Coffs Harbour NSW 2450

This development, situated parallel to the Pacific Highway in the centre of Coffs Harbour recently went through a complete refurbishment whereby the veterinary facility was provided with a new extension and refurbishment of the existing section.

Provided with both mechanical ventilation & air conditioning, this Clinic offers clients a satisfying service in a comfortable environment. The general spaces are provided with air conditioning via ducted and ceiling mounted cassette options, and the surgery facilities are positvely pressured which prevents dust being induced into the space when operations are performed.

19 Gordon St – Coffs Harbour NSW 2450

This new development situated in the heart of Coffs Harbour CBD has been recently completed and is currently occupied by Coastal Medical Clinic.

This medical clinic provides the community with a consultation rooms and treament spaces and is provided with both air conditioning & mechanical ventilation.

Air conditioning is achieved through a Mitsubishi Electrical multi-head wall mounted cassette system, with outdoor air achieved through a roof mounted fan interlocked to operate on the activation of the air conditioning system.

The adjoining enclosed car park is also provided with mechanical ventilation in accordance with the requirements of AS1668.2-1991 – Acceptable Indoor Air Quality.
