They did a major job at our house, replacing a 6-zone ducted system that we installed in our house when it was built 20 years ago. The project was thoroughly planned, and they even pointed out changes we should include to make the replacement system more effective and efficient. After a reasonable wait for the parts to arrive, their very pleasant work crew arrived and completed the installation in slightly less than the allotted time, with minimal disruption. They diligently cleaned up after themselves each day, and were always pleasant and polite. These people are true professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Trent and another gent from Allied A/C completed our install today at Korora. We could not have been more impressed with the end to end process. From the on site quote process, the flexibility on a suitable install date and then the installation today. The installers were so considerate of the home and completed what I'd consider the perfect install. This included installing some temporary scaffolding to ensure the ducting was completely straight down the outside wall.I suspect there may be "cheaper" A/C companies on the Coffs Coast but based on what we have just experienced, I doubt there is a better A/C company on the Coast.

20 years ago Allied Air Conditioning installed ducted air in our house at Boambee East. They did a terrific job from start to finish.Two very professional installers have just left our new place, having installed a split system for us. The quality of workmanship hasn't changed. We arranged with Allied to install two reverse cycle units in our new home being built two years ago, however due to endless delays during the building process they were unable to complete their work until March this year!!This was very embarrassing for us and must have been very inconvenient for Allied. Nevertheless, they completed their work without complaint, or requiring additional funds to our contracted purchase amount.Allied were excellent to deal with, very professional in their manner and the units we now have installed (Mitsubishi) are very good quality. We have no hesitation in recommending Allied to anyone looking to put air-conditioning in their home.

Although I do not write reviews normally, the AC installation at our unit was so professional, I felt I needed to let others know.We live on the second floor of a 4 floor unit complex in Coffs Harbour. Due to OC requirements, we needed to install the condenser on the opposite side of our building - through manholes in the foyer, fire rated walls , over 30 feet in distance from the main unit - thus making a very difficult install. THe end result was excellent and was carried out with true professionalism and efficiency in a friendly and meticulous manner . Resident in Nambucca Heads, we called 3 companies for quotes for 2 x Split systems (home & granny flat). 2 companies responded - 1 Local and Allied, both arrived as scheduled. Allied was the most competitive quote (by an appreciable margin!) and committed to install 3 weeks hence. This is the second install I have had done by Allied at Coffs Harbour. Both have been excellent in regard to price, install and after sales service.We had a difficult install due to our house design and a heritage listing. Asked 2 other installers, one never showed up and said the job was too difficult, the other way more expensive. Steve from Allied Air was really patient with us and was able to work out every detail to make sure we had a system that worked while still keeping in the heritage guidelines.The install team were fantastic, all were very professional and polite and worked around our family while doing the install. Cleaned up each day and made sure everything was back in place once they left.Fantastic job done well pleased and worth every cent.
